Kelly D. Haywood is Of Counsel to Bivins & Hemenway, P.A. Prior to joining Bivins & Hemenway, P.A., Kelly served as a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, where she was an experienced litigator at the trial and appellate levels. Kelly’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including business and real estate disputes, in both state and federal courts.
