Robert W. Bivins, Managing Partner of Bivins & Hemenway, P.A. was recently recognized at the 2011 Primerus Annual Conference as the winner of the Outstanding Service Award. Primerus Outstanding Service Awards are given to firms and individual lawyers who go above and beyond what’s expected of them in order to help their fellow Primerus members or help improve the organization.
